What to include in your email
To help me quote accurately the first time, let me know:
- Your name and suburb.
- How many rails you're thinking about (single, 2–3, or whole bathroom).
- How it's being paid for (private, NDIS, My Aged Care, SWEP, TAC, WorkSafe, DVA).
- Wall type if you know it (tiled, fiberglass, masonry, stud).
- Any photos of the space — phone snaps are perfect.
- Whether it's urgent (hospital discharge, imminent return home).
