My credentials
Occupational therapists and aged-care facility managers ask me for these documents often. Here's what I hold — send me an email and I'll share the current certificates.
All the below are current. For the actual certificate or card images (insurance, WWCC, police check), email me at rob@grabsafe.com.au and I'll send the current set by reply. OTs, Support Coordinators and facility managers usually ask for these before referring a job, so I keep them ready to go.
Public Liability Insurance
Fully insured. Current Certificate of Currency available on request.
Workers' Compensation
Current. Certificate available on request.
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current Victorian WWCC. Card number and expiry available on request.
Police Check
Current National Police Check. Attestation available on request.
NDIS
I accept NDIS work for plan-managed and self-managed participants. For NDIA-managed participants, email me to check current registration status.
Manufacturer range
I fit Australian-made rails where possible (Home Handrails, Canterbury Concepts, Bendtech are common brands I work with) and standards-compliant imported rails where Australian stock isn't suitable.

Short PDF with ABN, insurance, WWCC, police check, pricing and turnaround — handy for OT referrer files. Email me and I'll send the current version.
Why this matters
OTs, Support Coordinators, retirement-village managers and hospital discharge teams are responsible for sending jobs to contractors who hold valid insurance, WWCC and police clearance. Keeping my paperwork current and easy to produce saves everyone time.
